deployed by CBP for years. Like the PRDs every CBP Officer wears, the RIIDs
assigned to each port, the mobile radiation scanning trucks, and the rad
detection systems on some baggage x-ray systems. This is just the first
seaport to have portal monitors set up and working. We've had portals at
land crossings for years.
