[ RadSafe ] Trillion-Dollar Radiation Mistake? NO. Intentional! (assimilated by BORG)

BORG is the Startrek centrally controlled society, the opposite of a society
directed by natural interactions, like a free market in efficient nuclear power.

Self-perpetuating bureaucracy dictated by self-proclaimed experts, rather than evolved from the wishes of individuals (medical care HSAs vs HMOs or free-speaking HPs rather than intimidated apparatchik like at Chernobyl), collapses from its own weight, as did the USSR

Self-serving Beir dictates will also collapse. Beir panel members knowingly, not mistakenly, justify past mistakes rather than accept the uncomfortable truth that it has wasted $trillions and increased cancer suffering and deaths.

What are talking about? What is a BORG? The BEIR
report has no mistakes?
