[ RadSafe ] TMI Lawsuit

[Mercado, Don]

Does anyone know the current status of the lawsuit against the operators
of TMI for claimed exposures and injuries caused by the accident? The
last I heard a judge threw out the lawsuit bec of lack of evidence, but
I also heard the decision was going to be appealed.

Any further news?
