Despite Howard Long's claim of having sent a copy of
the McGregor and Land article, I have not gotten it. 
I have requested it four times and have given up with
him.  If he has sent it to anyone on this list, please
forward a copy to me, or cite the reference so I can
look it up.  Howard has not done that either.
