[ RadSafe ] U.S. NRC Soil Decommissioning Criteria

The U.S. NRC's released a draft regulatory guide on release criteria for 
decommissioning in 1994 (NUREG-1500). That guide contained tables of soil 
concentrations for various radionuclides corresponding to 0.15 mSv/y (15 
mrem/y) under various exposure scenarios.

Was this guide ever finalized or updated or replaced?  Are there other 
NUREG's or NRC reports with comparable soil concentration tables?

I get Radsafe by digest mode (I.e. once daily) so feel free to direct any 
responses to me directly, in addition to Radsafe.
