[ RadSafe ] LSC Cocktail and vials

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone on this list (probably more for universities, 
but...) disposes of contaminated cocktail down the drain (if approved by 
town), and if so, what do you do with the vials afterwards?  (THIS IS FOR 
NON - RCRA of course)
