[ RadSafe ] Nuclear power plants; radiological bombs not on top oflist of attacks

Years ago, the Atomic Energy Commission's Division of
Technical Information put out a number of booklets on
seed irradation, nuclear reactors in space, etc. 
(Yes, I still have some of them.)  This is what needs
to be distributed to schools, Rotary clubs, state
fairs, etc.  

One problem is that people do not read newspapers.
