[ RadSafe ] Radiography Question

A 300 keV x-ray machine  is to be used to radiograph a ½ inch thickness of
steel. Below the steel is a concrete floor (steel about 12 inches above the
floor). I need a good reference regarding the scattering fraction for steel
and concrete as a function of angle. Also any idea as to how to apportion
the scattering between the steel and the concrete.  Kindly direct answers
