There are a number of cancers that have an associated
with bacterial infections.  Epstein-Barr virus is
linked to cancers of the nose and throat in southern
China, and Burkitt's lymphoma in Africa and Asia. 
Hepatitis B is associated the eventual liver cancer. 
Herpes virus has been associated with some cancers for
years.  Of course, there is the association with HIV
and cancer.  

Again, probably not all leukemias are assoicated with
infections by an unknow biological agent.  Of course,
to develop a vaccine, you have to know what the
pathogen is.
