Oak Ridge Associated Universities is seeking a  Manager, Survey 
Projects  to direct the activities of Project Leaders who manage 
multiple environmental projects.

Specific duties include: managing the activities of the survey projects 
staff, overseeing project budgets and billable hours for staff, and 
coordinating/directing activities of Project Leaders; 
planning/performing special projects/conducting special reviews and 
studies requiring advanced knowledge and experience in areas of health 
physics; assisting Program Director in developing program goals and 
milestones;  reviewing/monitoring analytical results and reports to 
assure accuracy and quality conform to the requirements of the program; 
performing business development activities; and collaborating with 
funding agencies, project site organizations, Project Leaders & program 
administration to address special issues and resolve conflicts.

Requirements: M.S. degree in Health Physics or other graduate degree in 
Health Physics and six-ten years of job related experience. 
Certification by the American Board of Health Physics very desirable. 
Performance of the job requires an in-depth knowledge of health physics, 
and complete understanding and ability to interpret regulatory agency 
guidelines and regulations. Must possess strong verbal and written 
communication skills. Moderate travel required.
