I agree with Franz:
Say 'Radon' when you are talking about Rn222 and say 'radon daughters or radon progeny' when you are talking
about Po218, Pb214, Bi214, and Po214.
Confusion is just too easy, and I am never sure from the context of an email whether the correspondent actually
does or does not know and understand that substantial risk arises ONLY from the "Radon Progeny".
Using 'radon' loosely causes endless confusion and can ONLY be avoided by being explicit, as described above.
