Our RSO just got a letter from the state of Ohio reminding us
that we need to estimate the volume and activity of the LLRW
we dispose of or store for decay and send in a fee of $3.50 per
cubic foot.  

Any comments?  At first glance, it looks like a money-making
scheme for the state.
