I am would like to know if anyone on the RADSAFE mailing list would
be interested in acquiring Cs-137, Am-241/Be, or Ra-226 special form
sealed sources for research purposes? Our company may be willing to
donate these at little or no cost to a college or university.
The sources in question would be registered under the following NRC
model numbers:
                            Nominal Activity
71-1 for "AMBE"                5 Curies
CSV  for Cesium-137            1-2 Curies
RA-20S for Radium-226          20-25 microcuries
 
 
Sources were originally manufactured by NEEI, Gamma Industries, or
Gulf Nuclear.
