Re: What are 29 CFR 1910.96 and 29 CFR 1910.97??
Not a typo, 29 CFR part 1910.96 is the OSHA regulations covering the use of
ionizing radiation and 1910.97 covers non-ionizing radiation. The 1910.96
refers to 10 CFR part 20 NRC for byproduct material. For non-byproduct
material it pretty much mirrors the NRC regs for byproduct material. I
still have to compare it to the new part 20......
