There are a variety of meters on the market. EPA has evaluated
several ELF meters and produced a report. The report consists of
graphs and figures of the responses to other frequencies and
electric fields, etc. Are you looking for a device to document
field levels as part of surveys or to simply demonstrate the
presence of fields and how they fall off with distance?
