I wonder what fraction of these generally licsenced devices end up in
landfills?  Just one of them is comparable to the annual use of
tritum at a university.  Of course they would have to rupture for
a release.  I agree they are safe, but then so is the majority of
the low level waste we generate.  When will we see a return to the
BRC issue?
