Transporting on campus

Hi all,

So, the question came up today around the office, how do other 
Universities handle the transportation of waste and isotopes on 
campus.  The question is related to the Class A package discussion 
that has been going on, ie, is it required to put waste in a class A 
container to bring it from a lab to the waste storage area... with two 
scenarios in mind, one using a vehicle over roads in town (but "on 
campus") and the other is just hand carried.
