  Message:  As a follow up to my previous post:  See 10 CFR 50 App. I.  $1000 
            per total body man-rem and  $1000 per man-thyroid-rem is given as 
            interim guidance until adoption of better values.  Also note that 
            Reg Guide 1.110 was and still is "for comment" since 1976.  That  
            Reg Guide says that the value ($1000) is in 1976 dollars and
