NATIONAL INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM

I have a question for our friends in Illinois...??? 


I would like to know if anyone has had any experience using the 
National Inventory Control System (NICS).  I would like to know who is 
using it and what do you think of it.  I would like to hear any and 
all commts regarding the use of this program.  You can send your
