Hi radsafers,

We at CEBAF are looking for a reference. We have a name and date but no other
information.  If anyone knows how we can get our hands on this document, we are
grateful in advance for your kind assistance.

	It is:

"Radioactivity measurements and surveys; Statistical and practical
considerations, a technical basis suppliment, R&D laboratory working group,
Health Physics Procedures Committee.  Sept 28, 1993."
