Environmental Radiation Data

Can anyone identify for me, sources of information for multi-media 
environmental radiation data from the Canadian Arctic (i.e. north of 60 degrees 
latitude)?  Specific media of interest are caribou, sea animals, rain, berries, 
cosmic rad, drinking water, air, external rad other than cosmic, and radon.

I'm looking for sources of information on this topic, either Canadian or 
Alaskan.
