That isn't that big!!  BUT if you ZIP it instead of making it a self 
decompressor - that will cur 10k bytes.

But - if you have FTP access - then please FTP it to ROMULUS and we can get 
it from there.

Or - I can give you another site to anonymous FTP it to and I'll forward it 
from there.
