The probable acute injuries would be burns, and to a certain extent a burn is 
a burn.  The only unusual feature would related to the depth of penetration of 
915 Mz -- I don't think that focal heating is very likely at this frequency.  
Thus, if its an emergency, you want a burn specialist.

If I had to deal with this, the person I would call is Dr David Erwin, who is 
(or at least was) chief of the Radiofrequency Radiation group at Brooks AFB.  
He's a Ph.D., not an M.D., but if there was anyone specializing in MW burns, 
he would know.  My number for him is 512-536-3582, although it might be out of 
date.  The e-mail address I have may be equally dated:

HQ_HSD).
