P.A.L.

Greetings,

Questions for the group:

We just got a flier from PIXE Analytic Laboratories advertising "proton
induced x-ray emission" spectrometry.

1) What do they use for a source of protons?

2) What do they use as a detector?

3) Anyone have experience with this technique (besides the aforementioned
lab)?

Thanks,
J. Ellsworth Weaver
