I want to thank those of you who sent replies to my question concerning
the qualifications for an RSO. I tried to reply to all but many of my
messgaes did not get sent. Could be our system. The information is
being used to determine if we should continue with or contract RSO or
train or hire someone in order to have an inhouse RSO, as opposed to
an outhouse RSO. (Sorry about that, I could not resist)
