Automatic Name Identification

I hate to send this to everyone but I have no other way.

In response to the request to let someone know that the sender name is 
not on the header.   My email system does not include the name of the 
sender from the radsafe list.  The To: and From:  are 'RADSAFE.....'  To 
that end one does not know who the message is from or where to respond.
