I am looking for references dealing with development of Chronic Myelogenous 
Leukemia (CML) from exposure to ionizing radiation.

I would be interested in any peer reviewed publications or defacto standard 
references dealing with the risk of increased incidence from exposure to 
occupational levels, as well as to patients treated with megavoltage 
external beam radiotherapy to the pelvic region.

In addition to risk (increased incidence) for the radiotherapy part of the 
question , I am also interested in data discussing the mean time or  time 
distribution for expression of the CML.
