Thanks for the responses to my question about used tritium lights.  
The response I recieved was overwhelming.

Also for those that wrote that if we were to use the lights for other 
than their intended purpose, we would not meet the intent of the 
exemption, your right.  That's one of the reasons for this discussion 
group, to correct mistakes before they're made.
