The EEA (Electromagnetic Energy Alliance) sponsers a course at Rutgers which br
ings together some of the country's top NIR experts; contact John Osepchuk, Ray
theon Co., 131 Spring Street, Lexington, MA, 02173, (617) 860-3041. There was a
course a few years back through the University (that is George Washington Univ
ersity) in MD. I will try to find an address for that. Narda holds a course whi
ch basically tries to sell their meters,, but does provide some gooogood info.
MIT used to hold a summer course, but the attendance died down. SCC28 of the IE
EE will be holding a course on applying the ANSI C95.1-1991 standard; a must! A
lso, read and understand NCRP 119. Good luck!
