Bioaccumulation Factors

  If someone has the following reference:

 S.E. Thompson, et al., "Concentration Factors of Chemical Elements in Edible
  Aquatic Organisms", USAEC Report UCRL-50564, Rev. 1, Lawrence Radiation
  Laboratory, October 1972.

  Looking for by the end of today, what the bioaccumulation factors and
  bioconcentration factors for Tl-208 and Ac-228 are.  If the factors for
  these radionuclides cannot be found, can serrogate elements be used to
  represent the BAF and BCF values for these radionuclides?
