	The NRC may have problems with waste processing.  They will not have
problems with a researcher who as part of his protocol needs to know the total
body activity.  The carcass could be digested, measurements made and then
the liquid disposed of as RAM liquid waste.  I don't know of anyone that
is actually doing this.  Our RSC once considered the idea, but discarded it
due to space limitations for the digesting equipment.
