These will be exempt from exposure standards provided the "antenna" is an inch
away from the body.  Don't make measurements closer than 15 cm or so if you do
decide to make them.  See IEEE C95.1-1991, ACGIH TLV booklet, IRPA standard or
the Canadian safety code 6.
