Just for your info, I believe that here in Australia it is possible to
practice law without any tertiary quals if you pass a regime of
examinations. I think that there is a structured "learning process" which
much be completed prior to sitting the exams however it does not result in a
law degree. I think it is a competency based process.
PS. Don't quote me on this. I could be wrong!!
