HPS '95 summer school- Reactor Health Physics

Despite the announced dealine for application submission, there is still
lots of space available in the school.  Having seen details on the course
content (not counting my section) I know it will be an excellent course.
Frankly, I'm amazed it was not oversubscribed as soon as it was announced.

In any case, this is a sort of an ad, but more of an infomercial, that the
school is still open to applicants.
