mail to radsafe

I thought I'd just leave a little reminder to everyone to check addressing
prior to sending mail to the mailing list.  I have seen several messages,
obviously intended for radsafe which were sent to root at romulus.  The
correct address for sending messages to the mailing list is
radsafe@romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu.

Additionally, I'd like to remind folks to send responses via private e-mail
if message content would not be of general interest to the approximately
700 subscribers to the list.
