Can anyone give me a more complete explanation of what Curve #4 means, where it comes from (what types of studies), etc. This curve is shown in fig. 1, p.14 of Draft Regulatory Guide DG-8012 (Proposed Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 8.29. The brief description of curve #4 on p.13 is not very enlightening. Thanks!
