Is there an ORACLE app. for RSO's

Does anyone "out-there" in cyberspace know of a Radiation Safety Office 
software application written in ORACLE language,  and suitable for a 
medium-sized university?  I am NOT looking for a bean-counter's delight, 
but a straightforward management information system which can tie 
personnel files, facilities information, and inventories together.  We 
are considering the Chammp, the Regbeater, and the Onsite systems.

We already know that Univ. of Calif. has an Oracle-based application
which is big and spendy.
