Re: Tc-99m Dose
In response to your request below, I would suggest that you look at:
Weber, D.A., Mackler, P.T.,Jr., Watson, E.E., Coffey, J.L., Thomas, S.R.
and London, J.: MIRD Dose Estimate Report No. 13: Radiation-absorbed dose
from Tc-99m-labeled bone imaging agents. Journal of Nuclear Medicine,
30:1117-1122, 1989.
You will find that this publication provides the absorbed dose estimates
for Tc-99m MDP, HMDP, HEDP, and PPi based on data collected from patients
and volunteer subjects. As of this time, there are a series of 17 dose
estimate reports in this series which provide dose estimates for
radiopharmaceuticals used in nuclear medicine. If you need further
specifics or can't easily pull this reference, I can send further details.
