     Look at a copy of Herman Cember, Second Edition, Chapter 14.  You'll 
     find some good info on non-ionizing radiation as well as the safety 
     measures associated with non-ionizing radiation.  Also take a look at 
     29 CFR and 21 CFR.
     
     Let me know if these are helpful in your search for info.  A good 
     friend of mine, Grant Valentine, is very knowledgeable in rad 
     safety/IH and would be willing to assist you as necessary.
