Hi,

Thank you to all those who have sent answers to questions I ask. The 
individuals concerned are continually amazed at the help/answers they 
receive from the radsafe group, and send their thanks also. With that, 
anyone have some advice for this person:

My question concerns radiation exposure to operators from
electron beam lithography units used to produce photomasks
which are the negatives(glass plate) used in the production
of integrated circuits.

This type of equipment is new to me.  Any help or direction
would be most appreciated.  Thank You.
