Air Monitoring

I have been tasked with the design and installation of an air 
sampling system to monitor the concentration of I-125 in the exhaust 
from a fume hood.

I am looking for references on this topic.  I need some suggestions 
for optimal flow rate, position of the sampling tube, etc.
