CSI has been providing 5 day courses for over 12 years to train
persons to qualify as a Radiation Safety Officer on an NRC or
Agreement State License for Radioactive Materials. The next scheduled
course is in Bethesda, MD on June 12 - 16, 1995. You do not need
previous training or experience to attend this course. Please call

One course is the "Occupational and Environmental Radiation
Protection" course offered by the Harvard School of Public Health. It
is a five day course. I was last offered March 27-31, 1995. I don't

Another one week course is "Safe Use of Radionuclides" offered by the
Oak Ridge Associated Universities Professional Training Programs. It
will be held August 21-25. They also offer courses in environmental
monitoring, gamma spectroscopy, air sampling, and decontamination and

training program thru its extension program. You can call Office of
