Atmospheric Dispersion

G'day All!

I am looking for a simple model for the dispersion of Rn in the atmosphere.
Particularly, I would like to be able to predict the activity concentration
of Rn at varying distances (starting at one metre) from a point source with
a constant Rn emanation rate for various conditions. 

Models based on the Pasquill-Gifford stability classes are no good as they
are not relevant to the climate here in Brisbane (so I am told) and the
values of the dispersion parameters are not given for distances of less than
100m from the source. I am interested in distances of 1 to 10m from the source.

Any pointers??
