Test Method-Corrosivity

Test Method-Corrosivity
Hello Radsafers:

Does anybody know of a practicable method (something that will work
at room temperature and in a period not to exceed a week or two) to
test organic/aqueous solvent mixtures for corrosivity to steel, with
respect to the EPA and DOT reg's? Is there a commercially available
kit or something for this purpose that will yield some reasonably
accurate quantitative result? This would be done in addition to
testing pH on any aqueous or water-miscible phase that would be in
the original mixture, or would exist as a separate phase after adding
water to a sample to extract any potentially-corrosive moieties that are
preferentially soluble in the aqueous phase.
