NESHAPS for radionuclides

It takes a while for the Federal Register to make its rounds around our
office, but I don't recall seeing mention of this in radsafe --

Federal Register, Vol. 60, No. 188 (Thurs, Sept. 28, 1995) is a
reaffirmation of the EPA proposal to rescind subpart I of 40 CFR 61 for NRC
and Agreement State licensees other than power reactors. The comment
period ends November 27, 1995, so for those of you in the non-power reactor
sector who feel the same way as I do about the NESHAPS calcs...

One does, however, wonder about the proposed alternative NRC ALARA
"constraint level" rule.
