We just went through trying to order Cember at our school and were told
that the third edition was not due out until Jan 96.  However, because of
the delay, the second edition was being made available for a short time. 
If anyone knows anything more current, please post a note.  I would also
be curious if anyone has had a chance to review the third edition - what
are the changes in content, format, cost, etc.
