I realize that people addressed the new DOT regulations concerning
transportation of radioactive material a few weeks ago. I just
noticed that the entire FR section dealing with this is up on the
HMIX system (internet access- hmix.dis.anl.gov). The document is
about 200 pages in length. The effective date of the regulation is
April 1, 1996 but the we are permitted to use the new regulation for
shipping as of November 1, 1995.
