A few more things not mention in some (but few) houses (certainly in mine!):

1:  Manual Arc welding rod (Thorium)

2:  High brightness neon bulbs (Kr-85) - also "dark effect reduced"

3:  High voltage high meg ceramic coated carbon resistors - frequently seen 
at surplus shops.  (Thorium/Uranium)

4:  Metler balances - can't remember what.
