????MicroShield Validation; Physical Testing

Hello Folks,

We utilize MicroShield v. 4.0 to perform characterization calculations 
for radioactive waste.  In discussion with one of our radiological 
auditors, the subject of the validation of MicroShield software arose.  
He is suggesting that we should "spike" various containers with known 
sources and compare these to the MicroShield calculations.

I seem to recall that this has already been done by others.  Can any of 
you steer me to validation reports using this approach.  (DOE reports 
would be especially helpful).

(The sooner the better; he's still on site!)
