Waste Disposal at Envirocare

There have been many postings regarding the disposal of material at the
Envirocare site in Utah.   As an alternative to Barnwell the prospect of sending
to this facility sounds attractive.  Why then are generators still shipping to
Barnwell?

We have been unable to to find any commercial generators such as Universites,
Colleges, Research and Private Industries that have shipped to Envirocare in
recent months.  (Government agencies such as the DOE and DOD are not commercial
and Brokers are not generators)

I am interested in hearing the Pros and Cons of the Envirocare facility from any
commercial generators.
